After a successful Broadway (yes, that Broadway) dancing career including roles with West Side Story and Evita, Cassie raised two sons and eventually become proficient in body building, yoga, and Zumba. Her focus is on improving flexibility, strength, and joint health with precise exercises that strengthen and improve your everyday movements. She uses a mixture of equipment and techniques including weights, controlled and intentional breathing, aerobic and anaerobic movements, elements of Yoga, and aids such as blocks and straps. Her primary aim is to promote lasting growth in both body and mind.

  • Amy

Amy received her certification as a YTT through One Yoga in January, 2021. Amy has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and decided to dive deeper into the physical practice, philosophy, and breath work and in 2020. Amy is a certified herbalist and enjoys folk herbalism due to her deep love for plants and nature. She is the owner of Wild Whimsy Apothecary in Westcliffe Colorado. Amy has over 1000 hours of training in herbalism, botany, and aromatherapy. With an emphasis on holistic well-being, and a strong belief in the mind/body connection, Amy decided to incorporate yoga certification into her portfolio. Amy’s teaching style is gentle, slow, and mindful. She works to provide opportunities for those who are financially unable to practice in a traditional setting, as well as working to provide a comfortable space for anybody who wants to practice yoga with little to no experience or physical limitations. She encourages individuals of all ages to practice yoga. Since she herself didn’t begin practicing yoga until later in life, she is encouraging to those who feel nervous about begining a new practice. Amy enjoys bringing holistic modalities together by incorporating meditation, aromatherapy, and tea tastings into the practice.

It’s an overall workout to improve health by exercising as a part of your daily routine. Her other interests include hiking, yoga and traveling.
